This policy explains what personal information Contiloe AI Studios collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. Contiloe AI Studios is operated by M/S Illusion Reality Studioz Pvt. Ltd., E/45, Infocity, Ac-1500, Chandaka, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneshwar, Khordha, Odisha – 751016, India (“we”, “us”).

1. Information we collect

When you contact us. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, the area you are interested in, and your message.

When you browse. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited. These server logs are used to keep the website secure and working properly.

When you use the website assistant. The “Ask us” chat assistant runs entirely inside your browser. It answers from information already published on this website, and the questions you type are not sent to us or to anyone else. To work, your browser downloads a small language model (about 25 MB) from our own server the first time you open the chat and keeps a copy for later visits. Your conversation is kept in your browser’s session storage only, so it carries over between pages during your visit and is deleted when you close the browser tab.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website.

2. How we use your information

• To read and reply to your enquiry, including enquiries about projects, careers and learning programmes.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
• To protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Consent

By submitting the contact form you consent to us processing the information you provide for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 9); this will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation is not shown again on every page during your visit, and, if you use the chat assistant, your conversation with it during that visit; both stay on your device and are deleted when you close the browser tab. The assistant’s language model is kept in your browser’s cache storage so it does not need to be downloaded again; you can remove it at any time by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings.

5. Third-party services on this website

• Vimeo plays the videos on this site. Videos are embedded with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting, but Vimeo still receives technical information such as your IP address when a video loads. See Vimeo’s privacy policy.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on this site, so Google receives your IP address when the fonts load. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Our web hosting and email providers store the website, its server logs and the messages you send us, on our behalf.

6. Sharing your information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, and only as needed for that purpose; or where we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

8. Security

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however.

9. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or update it, ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent, nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
